Details:   Shot whilst driving home to Bellaghy from work in Ballymena. He died of multiple gunshot wounds. He was driving the firm's minibus when two gunmen boarded it at one of its stops. They asked for John Arrell, then shot him. 53rd UDR soldier to be killed. |
